This 6 days trip takes you to some of Uganda’s finest national parks in the West and South West for primate and wildlife experiences. The safari will take you to Bwindi Impenetrable national park, Queen Elizabeth national park and the home of primates, Kibale national park for gorilla trekking, wildlife experiences and chimpanzee trekking respectively. The trip will begin and end in Entebbe/ Kampala city as crafted by Chosen Expeditions and Tours.

Day 1: Pick up and transfer Kibale National park.
Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park.
Day 3: Morning game drive and afternoon launch cruise.
Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park via Ishasha sector.

Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Pick up and transfer Kibale National park.
Following a morning breakfast from your hotel, you will be met by driver guide for a short briefing about the trip. Later, you will transfer from Kampala to Kibale national park with enroute lunch and scenic views of the hills. On arrival at the park, drive to the crater lakes where you will have scenic views of the evergreen tea plantations. Return to the booked lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park.
Following a morning breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for briefing and registration. Proceed to the jungle and commence the search for the gentle giants taking you about 2- 6 hours depending. Upon finding them, you will be thrilled as you watch them play and feed within 1 hour that will be allocated to you. Transfer back to the lodge for lunch as you prepare for a check out to Queen Elizabeth national park. On arrival, check in at the reserved lodge for dinner and retire for a night as you prepare to experience the wild the following day.

Day 3: Morning game drive and afternoon launch cruise.
Wake up early enough for a morning cup of coffee and embark on a 2-3 hours game drive to experience wild life as they rise up. Along the drive, expect to see antelopes, warthogs, elephants and different bird species as they hoover around. Drive back to the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon set out for a boat cruise on Kazinga channel with scenic views of hippos, crocodiles and water backs. Before nightfall, drive back to the lodge for dinner and rest.
Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park via Ishasha sector.
After having a morning bite, set off the engine to Bwindi Impenetrable national park passing through Ishasha sector in the South of Queen Elizabeth national park. The drive will give you an opportunity to glimpse the tree climbing lions among other wild animals and scenic views of different landscapes. On arrival at the park in the evening, check in at the reserved lodge, have dinner and retire for anight.

Day 5: Gorilla trekking and Batwa visit.
On this fascinating day, wake up early enough for a morning bite and transfer to the park headquarters for briefing and registration. After being assigned a gorilla family to trek, proceed to the jungle and embark on their search. Once you find them, you will be given 1 hour to be with them and possibly take pictures and later return to the lodge for lunch. Following lunch, Set out for a community walk to Batwa locals. Have dinner and overnight at the reserved lodge.
Day 6: Depature to Kampala/ Entebbe.
Begin the day with morning breakfast and check out of the hotel for a transfer back to Entebbe / Kampala with enroute lunch in Mbarara town and Equator for refreshments.
