By 7:00am, your safari guide/driver will pick you up and drive you to the park’s headquarters, where you will meet up with other travelers. You will take a briefing session on the dos and don’ts of mountain gorilla trekking.
You will be allocated in groups of eight [8] tourists per gorilla family with a well-armed game ranger to accompany you to the jungle.
After the briefing, drive to the starting point and enter the impenetrable forest in search of the endangered mountain gorillas. Pass through the thick forest, slippery trails, tall trees and evergreen vegetation to find your way to the gorillas.

After finding the gorillas, you will be given only one (1) hour with these endangered mountain gorillas to take photos, see the little gorilla playing, jumping from branch to branch, feeding, and silverback guarding the family, and you are free to ask the game ranger any question.

Thereafter you return to the lodge and have lunch; after lunch, head for community walk to the local villages.
